
Chocolate may not be the first choice in this summer heat and you may choose something lighter but to make these go down easy I added Kahlua. The marbled frosting on top is a swiss meringue made with Biscoff cream and marbled with chocolate ganache. An amazing compliment for the chocolate. Of course I had to drizzled them with chocolate ganache and kich it up a notch and top them with shards of chocolate and Heath bar crumbles for some added texture and crunch.
